These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between ApiFinance AI and the person or entity that creates an account, accesses, or uses the Services.

By creating an account, signing in, or using the ApiFinance AI website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by any policies or documents incorporated by reference, including our Privacy Policy.

If you use the Services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity. If you do not have that authority or do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the Services.

"ApiFinance AI," "we," "us," and "our" mean ApiFinance AI and its affiliates, contractors, and service providers that help operate the Services.

"Services" means our website, dashboard, APIs, documentation, support channels, and related features we make available from time to time.

"Authorized User" means any employee, contractor, or other person you allow to access the Services through your account.

"API Credentials" means any keys, tokens, passwords, or similar credentials used to access the Services.

"Customer Content" means any data, content, or materials that you submit to or through the Services.

ApiFinance AI provides financial data APIs, documentation, dashboards, and related tools for building products and internal workflows.

We may update, add, suspend, or remove features from time to time. Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, access to the Services is provided on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable basis for your internal business use or other permitted use under your plan.

You are responsible for your account, API keys, credentials, and all activity under your account.

You must provide accurate information, keep it updated, maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or any other security issue.

We may rely on activity performed through your account as authorized by you unless and until you notify us otherwise and we have had a reasonable time to act on that notice.

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not misuse the APIs, attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls, scrape or copy data in a way that violates our rules or any applicable law, reverse engineer the Services, interfere with the operation of the Services, or use the Services to harm others or violate any law.

You must not use the Services to transmit malware, unauthorized advertising, abusive content, or any content that infringes another person's rights.

Some data we provide may come from third-party sources or public sources.

That data is provided as available and may be subject to additional third-party terms or usage restrictions.

You are responsible for confirming that your use case complies with any third-party restrictions that apply to the data you use.

Paid plans, trial terms, renewal details, and other order-specific terms are shown during checkout, in an order flow, or in a separate written agreement.

Unless we say otherwise in writing or the law requires it, fees are non-refundable.

If you sign up for a trial or beta feature, additional restrictions or usage limits may apply.

ApiFinance AI and its licensors own the Services, software, branding, documentation, and related materials.

You retain ownership of your Customer Content, but you grant us the rights needed to operate the Services, provide support, secure the platform, and improve the product.

You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Content to the Services and to allow us to process it as permitted by these Terms.

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

By using the Services, you also agree to that policy.

You are responsible for protecting your own systems, passwords, and API Credentials.

We may offer features that are labeled as beta, pilot, preview, experimental, or similar.

Those features are provided for evaluation only, may change or disappear at any time, and may not be reliable or supported in the same way as the rest of the Services.

You use beta features at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your use violates these Terms, creates a security risk, harms other users or the Services, or is unlawful.

You may stop using the Services at any time.

On termination, your right to use the Services ends, but sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every use case.

The Services are not legal, tax, investment, accounting, or financial advice, and you remain responsible for how you use the data and outputs you receive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApiFinance AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ApiFinance AI and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Services, your Customer Content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page or notify you through the Services.

Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms or written agreements between the parties, make up the entire agreement between you and ApiFinance AI regarding the Services.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent, except in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of your assets.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
