The Fund's investment objective is to seek long-term growth of capital, principally by seeking capital gains on its equity and equity-related investments. Its portfolio is predominantly composed of equity and equity derivative securities of illiquid private technology and cleantech companies but it may also invest in micro-cap publicly traded companies with market capitalizations. The Fund invests in companies in various stages of maturity with the goal of achieving profitable exits via IPO or acquisition.
