Through its subsidiaries, it is engaged principally in the management and operation of a hotel and casino complex known as NagaWorld in Phnom Penh, the capital city of Cambodia. The company has two business segments, Casino Operations and Hotel and Entertainment Operations. The Casino Operations business, which generates the maximum revenue, comprises all gaming activities at Naga 1 and Naga 2, Naga 3 and in Russia. The Hotel and Entertainment Operations segment comprises the operations of leisure, hotel and entertainment activities. Geographically, generates the vast majority of its revenue in Cambodia.
