Keppel DC REIT is a real estate investment trust that principally invests in real estate assets used primarily for data center purposes and assets necessary to support the digital economy. Its properties are leased out as colocation, fully fitted, and shell and core data centers. The trust is externally managed by Keppel DC REIT Management Pte. Ltd., and parent company Keppel Limited owns around a 20% stake in the trust.
