The company has two operating segments: Botswana Battery Metals Project for the exploration, evaluation and development of its battery-grade manganese assets located in Botswana and the demonstration plant under construction in South Africa and Corporate which includes all other entities within the Company. Majority revenue is generated from Botswana Battery Metals Project. The company is currently developing a portfolio of high quality manganese oxide assets within the Kanye Basin, located in south-eastern Botswana, Africa including its flagship K.Hill project, and other projects.
