Auto Italia Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company whose subsidiaries are principally engaged in the trading of cars and related accessories, provision of after-sales services in the People's Republic of China (PRC), research and development and sales of electric vehicles and related accessories for the European market, as well as property investment and financing activities. The Group operates through three segments: Cars, which generates the majority of revenue and includes car trading, after-sales services, and EV-related R&D and sales; Property investment; and Financial investments and services, comprising securities investments and financing and corporate finance services. The Group derives the majority of its revenue from the PRC.
